1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Tour Platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Service is operated by Aurea Futura LTD, 18 Spencer Road, London SW20 0QP, United Kingdom.

2. Accounts

Tour Directors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by Group Leaders and Hotels using access codes you generate.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data.
  • You must not share access codes with individuals who are not authorised to use them.

4. Data Ownership

All tour data (passenger names, room assignments, hotel details) entered into the Service remains the property of the Tour Director who created it. Aurea Futura LTD does not claim ownership of user-submitted content.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Aurea Futura LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Tour Directors may request account deletion by contacting the administrator.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
